Zoowanda is the Italian platform that brings pet owners and veterinarians together in a single digital space, designed to simplify animal health care and give time and energy back to those who look after pets every day.
How Zoowanda was born
“The idea was born in 2023, from a personal experience as ordinary as it was frustrating. When my dog faced a health issue I ended up visiting four different clinics and dealing with seven different vets — each with their own chart, their own software, their own prescriptions. No one had the full story.
As the owner, I had to act as a living archive: remembering visits, tests, dosages, dates. At the same time I could see highly skilled professionals losing precious time on outdated management tools, at the expense of what really matters — caring for the animal.
Out of that need — and out of the urgency of no longer leaving anyone navigating in the dark — the Zoowanda project was born.”
